合同会社w2m（以下「当社」）は、iPhone・Mac 用アプリ「SitReset」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録はなく、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などを求めることはありません。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

本アプリは、機能を提供するために次の情報を利用者の端末の中だけに保存します。これらの情報が当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。

• 座り始めた時刻と、リセットした時刻の記録
• 設定（注意・超過の時間、通知の設定、勤務時間など）
• 無料期間の開始日時と購入の状態

iPhone と Mac の記録は同期せず、それぞれの端末に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のこれらの情報も削除されます。

3. 通知とロック画面の表示

通知は端末の中で予約され、端末から表示されます。ロック画面と Dynamic Island の表示（ライブアクティビティ）も端末の中で作られます。どちらも外部のサーバーは使いません。

4. アプリ内課金

無料トライアルと買い切りの購入は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。支払い情報は Apple が取り扱い、当社が受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、購入の状態を確認するために、Apple が端末上で提供する仕組み（StoreKit）を利用します。

5. 第三者への提供・広告・解析

本アプリは、広告、利用状況の解析ツール、トラッキング、外部のサービスを使用していません。利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

なお、利用者が端末の設定で Apple とデベロッパへの共有に同意している場合、Apple から当社へ、個人を特定しない形でクラッシュ情報や利用状況の統計が提供されることがあります。当社はこれを本アプリの不具合の修正と改善のためにのみ利用します。

This policy explains how w2m (“we”) handles information in SitReset for iPhone and Mac (the “App”).

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect any personal information. There is no account, and the App never asks for your name, email address, location, or similar information.

2. Information stored on your device

To work, the App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

• When you sat down and when you reset the timer
• Your settings (warning and over times, notifications, working hours, and so on)
• When your free trial started and whether you have purchased the App

iPhone and Mac keep their own records and do not sync. Deleting the App also deletes this information from the device.

3. Notifications and the Lock Screen

Notifications are scheduled and shown by your device. The Lock Screen and Dynamic Island display (Live Activity) is also created on your device. Neither uses an external server.

4. In-app purchases

The free trial and the one-time purchase are made through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles your payment information; we never receive it. The App uses Apple’s on-device StoreKit framework to check your purchase status.

5. Third parties, advertising, and analytics

The App does not use advertising, analytics tools, tracking, or any external service, and we do not share your information with third parties.

If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with crash reports and usage statistics that do not identify you. We use them only to fix and improve the App.

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page.
